WINTER AVE ZOLI: SWEET ANARCHY

For six seasons, sons of anarchy took over television with its own brand of Shakespearean drama, incredibly developed characters, as well as a level of violence that was sometimes too much to bear. The show’s writers had an amazing way for interweaving intricate plots and allowing characters to emerge in unexpected ways.

Winter Ave Zoli played one of those characters who emerged through the fabric of the show’s drama. Her portrayal of Lyla, porn actress with a heart of gold, won over viewers. Winter deftly managed to avoid cliché and lent her character an unexpected subtle depth.

Winter was born in America but moved to the Czech Republic where she delved deeper into her passion and eventually attended theater school there. Here family returned to the US and Winter’s original intention was to attend college but after signing with an agent in NYC decided she’d give acting her full attention.

Winter remains incredibly modest about her work and credits her family and husband for always believing in her. “My parents and my husband are my biggest supporters. They’ve always encouraged and believed in me and they have always supported me no matter what”.
